hello. yesterday hushan and i went to sch to submit our bank statements since that's the only thing that was missing from our application. so you can guess our surprise when we checked our emails just before we went to submit that we were missing our coursework in progress forms, hard copy of our online application, and 2 letters of recommendation. when we told the person about it, she said that it was mentioned during the briefing which we didn't attend cos shan wasn't in sg and i had to work. but it's damn stupid la. like, why couldn't they include these inside the email too? like, the email contained a checklist of what we were supposed to submit and it didn't include the letters of recommendation. and we only have until 2nd Jan to submit the missing documents la. idiot. so both of us rushed to send emails to our tutors or profs to ask them to help us write. i was so afraid that the tutors i asked would refuse to help me cos although they know who i am and everything, we still don't know each other very well. but they agreed to help me!!!!!! yay i'm so happy! and both of them are so nice! yayayayayayayayayay!

ooh i went to jasmine's 21st birthday party yesterday with my classmates. it reminded us of a wedding dinner. including the starting late part. the invitation wrote 7pm, but it started at 9pm!!! even wedding dinners don't start late already lor. but it was fun la. i haven't seen my jc classmates for so long! and they're still the same. heard horror stories about studying in ntu. my friends had stories of people deliberately giving them the wrong info about what to study or refusing to help them. so scary. oh i bought a dress yesterday when i was shopping in town by myself to pass time before jasmine's party! i'll wear that for new year. haha so that's new year shopping done!
