Hi! I finally got my wireless up and running though it's kinda illegal. the weather here is just like Singapore's la just that it's much windier. we had a transit at LA for 7 hours and the weather over there is heavenly! Imagine sunny, cloudless skies with air-con temperature, that's LA weather for you. plus, the people here are so friendly! when you happen to glance at strnagers, they'll smile at you or ask how you're doing, not like Singapore. anyway, people here think that i'm thai. the air stewardess made the sawadee-kha sign when i left the plane and this caucasian guy come up to me at seaworld and said "sawadee-kha". hahaha

oh, we spent one whole day at seaworld on our 2nd day here and it's damn fun! and we have 6 complimentary tickets each. anyone interested? plus, the company that owns seaworld is the one that produces Budweiser beer so we can have free beer, if we're 21 and above.

this week is quite slack cos it's just orientation and paperwork so we went to check out the area. we live at this resort/hotel which is damn well-equipped la. it really has everything, including oven and dishwasher. anyway, cos we arrived at 6am on our 1st day, and there was nothing to do, we decided to shop for groceries and stupidly decided to walk back. bad move man. it wasn't as near as we thought plus there weren't any pavements so we had to walk on the side of the road.

we went to this factory outlet mall yesterday. it is considered one of the smaller ones and yet after 5 hours, we only managed to cover the lower half of it. it has all the branded stuff and there was this crazy sale at armani exchange yesterday! i bought a dress for 19.99!!!! armani exchange! plus fossil shades at 24.99 or below! I saw this really nice bag at coach that was selling at 179.99 plus a 20% discount! i told the person that i'll get it with my first paycheck.
