hmmm i thought abnormal was quite ok today. nice to have brian and huda sitting on either side of me, maybe that helped me think that it was better? encoding specificity - recall is better when conditions at recall and encoding are matched because the environment itself serves as a cue. ok i'm talking rubbish. ok, maybe not rubbish. see what i mean?

anyway, i decided to do my module mapping for exchange yesterday and guess what! i read the fine print at the bottom of the form and it states that i should get the approval for the modules i'm gonna take on exchange and submit them to the dean's office at least 2 weeks before leaving for SEP. like wth. i'm flying off next sat and i haven't even met my SEP coordinator to talk about it yet. so in a panic, i emailed her asking to met this afternoon and until now she still hasn't replied! i even called her office but she wasn't in. she better not be overseas man or else i think i'm quite screwed. oh oh if the modules i'm planning to read get the approval, i'll be taking 2 modules under VS Ramachandran!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEEHEEHEEE!!! he's like, so my idol at the moment now. i think brian's gonna pass me his phantoms in the brain to get his autograph. haha

and then yesterday i went to deposit money into my acc. i went to the counter cos the machine was spoilt. so i deposited 220 and when i was looking at my passbook on my way out, i realized that the person only entered 120 la. like, wth. luckily i noticed it and went back immediately or i might have lost $100 for nothing.

hai, quite bummed out about all the stuff i need to settle and especially my visa! the UCSD person said i may have to depart and reenter the US again to change my visa category. i may even need to apply for my extension outside of the US. wth. bleah.
