wow this blog has a grand total of 23 posts so far. how pathetic. haha

had my 2nd RA session today! and i realised ytd that i made a mistake while collecting the data on wed. i didn't let the kids read the other side of the paper! i was so scared when i had to call steph and tell her la. she obviously didn't sound happy about it but at least it wasn't a major screw up la. so i had to retake the kids i took on wed and they were like "huh, this again? can i don't read?" haha sorry kids! but omg the kids are so cute! and the teachers and principal are so nice the only think i dislike is that they call me "auntie!!!" even the teachers! they were like,"come on, follow the auntie" wah lao, in what way do i look like an auntie?! but they called the other girl auntie too. so i feel a teeny weeny bit better.

oh and this girl whom i met today is from my french lecture group! what a small world! she's not part of the RA thing but is here to collect data for her honours thesis.

and though it was supposed to be till 5, i ended at 2 cos the teacher only gave 1-2 as the timeslot during which we can take the kids out. but i think i can still write that i worked 8 hrs on the timesheet. wahahahaha

then after that i had a super productive studying session at mp library! what a difference the absence of a tv has on my studying la. too bad it took my until today to realise it. too late! the place is really conducive man. i should go there to study more often.

and i realised that i'm super sensitive to caffeine. just a cup of hot choc with a shot of espresso can lead to an obvious increase in my heartbeat la. and i could literally feel the buzz, which was good cos i was really sleepy before that.

argh so many things to do but so little time! xiuli and i are going to sign up for a tour arnd ny, boston and dc and we'll be staying in 5-star hotels like hilton and hyatt all the way! woohoo!

hmmm maybe i should open this blog to other people? i'm going to open it when i go to the US anyway, so my friends can be updated on my life. hmmmmm

i'm still high from getting back my bio essay!
ok, gotta go. buffet lunch with my family at sakura on sunday!
