yay i've confirmed my tickets and paid for them so i can finally get over the stress and look forward to touring US! in fact, i just went to borrow travel guides to new york, florida and DC. the tickets cost me 2620, which was less than what i expected la though still quite ex and we have to arrange the internal flights ourselves.

after reading the shopping guide for new york, i can't wait to go for their sampl sales! also, we'll be there in august, which is when summer sale prices "hit rock bottom"!!! and my return date, which should be more or less confirmed, is 22 dec. so i'll reach singapore in 23 dec, noon. arnd that time la. went to collect my passport with visa attached too. yay i have a US visa and it looks so nice! pleease please please let the partner uni accept me and give me a reply soon (which is quite impossible) so i can quickly settle everything before i fly off. but yokes told me that she only received her confirmation after exams. how to plan my stuff like that? i still have to map my modules, apply for another visa and apply for the award!

my french lecturer told us that it is a custom for french guys to bring the girl gifts on dates, and they usually bring flowers (not chrysanthemums though). so sweet! i wanna date a french guy too! hmmm maybe i'll go for the french immersion program next yr. haha
